Note: The manuscript uses an unusual pagination scheme. Instead of the normal 1r, 1v, 2r, 2v, 3r, 3v pattern, the pages are numberd continuously, with an R or V to indicate recto and verso, so the pattern is 1r, 2v, 3r, 4v, 5r, 6v.
