Description
This manuscript collects various works by Franco Sacchetti (1332-1400), an Italian writer of poems, songs and novella. The manuscript is thought to have been written by Franco himself.
It includes the Delle Proprietà degli Animali (on the properties of the animals) on folio 79r-80r. This text is derived from the Fiore di virtù, but only describes each animal, leaving out the moralizations on virtues and vices.
