This work is a collection commemorating the 50th anniversary of the publication of the critical edition of the Livro das Aves (1965) and the 70th anniversary of the Federal University of Bahia (2016). It is the result of investigations into this critical edition of the medieval work, seeking to understand the generation of the meanings and words that constitute it.
