A fragment of the Bestiaire of Pierre de Beauvais, long version. Includes only parts of chapter 49 (panther), 50 (partridge), 70 (four elements) and 71 (orphan bird). The parchment is darkened and rubbed, and the two illustrations are difficult to make out.
