Catfish
The male of the catfish, here called gamanez, takes care of his offspring, while the female wanders away. The text does not give a physical description of the beast, so the artist has drawn this sea monster (fish) as two ass-like animals; the one at the left is the male, with his children below him, and the one at the right is the female, wandering away.
