Ostrich

To know when to lay its eggs, the ostrich watches for the rising of the star Virgilia (the Pleiades). It is careless of its eggs, laying them on the ground, covering them with sand, and leaving them to hatch on their own. This ostrich seems to be taking more care with its eggs.
